食品工作服生產(chǎn)制作的流程介紹

一、食品工作服面料進廠檢驗
1、 Incoming inspection of food workwear fabrics
食品工作服面料進廠后要進行數(shù)量清點以及外觀和內在質量的檢驗,只有符合生產(chǎn)要求的才能投入生產(chǎn)車間。面料質量是做出好成品重要的一環(huán),檢驗面料是否有損壞、污漬、面料缺陷、顏色差異等影響外觀的缺陷需要標記,以避免在切割時使用。并檢驗面料的收縮率與色牢度,檢驗輔料粘合貼粘合牢度,拉鏈順程度,松緊帶縮水率等等,對不符合要求的面料退掉或不予生產(chǎn)使用。

二、打版制樣

在食品工作服批量生產(chǎn)前,技術人員要做好生產(chǎn)前的技術準備工作,技術準備包括工藝單、樣板和樣衣,工藝單是食品工作服加工中的指導性文件,它對食品工作服的縫制、規(guī)格、包裝、整燙等都提出了詳細的要求,對食品工作服的輔料搭配、縫跡密度等細節(jié)問題也加以明確,生產(chǎn)加工中的各道工序都應嚴格參照工藝單的要求進行,樣板制作要求尺寸準確,規(guī)格齊全.相關部位輪廓線準確吻合.樣板上應標明工作服款號、部位、規(guī)格及質量要求,并在有關拼接處加蓋樣板復合章.在完成工藝單和樣板制定工作后,可進行小批量樣衣的生產(chǎn),針對客戶和工藝的要求及時修正不符合點,并對工藝難點進行破解,以便大批量流水作業(yè)順利進行.,食品工作服樣衣經(jīng)過客戶確認簽字后成為重要的檢驗依據(jù)之一。

三、裁剪:

技術工作人員對工作服面料裁剪前,要先根據(jù)樣板繪制出排料圖,按照排料圖裁剪,"合理、完整、節(jié)約"是排料的基本原則.

四、縫制:

縫制是加工的中心工序,縫制工藝根據(jù)國標中進行縫合,縫制針距12針/3cm~15針/3cm,線路要整齊,不重疊,無跳針、拋線,針跡清晰好看,縫制的起止回針要牢固,防止面料纖維脫落且增加牢度

五、整燙

縫制好的食品工作服通過整燙使其外觀平整、尺寸準足,熨燙時使工作服保持一定的形狀和規(guī)格,熨燙的溫度一般控制在180℃~200℃之間較為,不易燙黃、焦化.

六、工作服成品檢驗
